ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT
The price is payable in cash, in full, on the day of the order. Payments are made offline by bank transfers or online by Paypal. For all other means of payment contact us in advance via the contact form on the site www.thirdstonedevices.com
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE
All our products are guaranteed for life against any construction or raw material defect, excluding the footswitch which is guaranteed for TWO YEARS.
This warranty includes the replacement or repair free of charge at our workshop of any part or assembly part recognized as defective. The shipping costs and possibly the packaging remain the responsibility of our customers.
The guarantee cannot be applied in the event of alteration or misuse of the devices.
In the event of repair being carried out by our workshop, the spare parts under warranty as well as the labor are provided free of charge.
We decline our responsibility for any defects occurring during use or as a result of improper modifications or repairs carried out on our devices during the warranty period.
ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 hours after validation and can take up to two weeks of manufacture (including weekends and public holidays). The deadlines may be longer during sales, promotions or special operations.

The delivery time corresponds to the transit time by the carrier. The deadlines displayed are therefore only indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
ARTICLE 10: RETURNS - REFUNDS
Return of goods :
Any return must be reported in advance via the contact form on the site www.thirdstonedevices.com in order to obtain an RMA.
Any complaint concerning a delivery must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, which implies the total absence of traces of use. Any modification on the device (addition of scratch, sticker ...) will cancel any possible recovery by the workshop. No return will be accepted without our prior agreement and obtaining an RMA number which will be provided to you as soon as possible after contacting our customer service. If you do not have an RMA, your return will be refused and sent back to you. The outward and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in particular for products benefiting from free (integrated) shipping costs, unless specifically agreed with our customer service. Please note that we do not accept product returns, except in the event of defective material or prior agreement. One-off or non-stock products which are produced "on demand / to order" for the customer cannot be returned.
Refund :
We guarantee a refund within 30 days or less of the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
ARTICLE 12: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning your order to us within this period (C. consom. Art. L 121-20), and be fully refunded. The return costs remain at your expense. However, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products are not taken back.
